We charge a flat fee of £2.95 for shipping, but currently offer free UK mainland shipping on all orders over £25.00.
Customers local to Connah’s Quay in North Wales can collect their orders at agreed collection times, avoiding unnecessary postage fees and delays. Just select ‘Local pickup’ during checkout, and we’ll let you know via e-mail/phone when your order is ready.

We usually use Evri or Royal Mail to dispatch our items, selecting the most efficient service according to the package’s weight, size, and delivery times.
We aim to get your orders out the door within five business days because we know how exciting it is to receive gifts! If you’re in a hurry for a special occasion, don’t hesitate to drop us an email or send a message on social media before ordering. We’ll do our best to speed things up and make sure your gift arrives in time for the celebration! As the majority of our products are bespoke or hand-crafted, it may take us a little longer during busy periods of the year.

When you’re uploading images for personalised items, please make sure you use a top-notch image! We can’t work magic on blurry screenshots or grainy snaps. And if you’re sharing handwritten notes, aim for a lovely white or light background with bold, dark ink. Let’s make those creations shine!
Clear, in-focus images and plain backgrounds will usually help us produce the best results.
We try to be as flexible as possible with our personalisation options, but if you have any issues, drop us an email or slide into our DMs on social media, and let’s see what magic we can whip up!
We carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, should any issues arise, notify us as soon as possible. We encourage you to inspect your items thoroughly upon receipt. If you have any issues, please take photographs to support your claim and we’ll do our best to put it right. Enjoy your unboxing experience!
Absolutely! On checkout, there is an option for items to be sent to a different location than the billing address.
Unfortunately, at the moment, the answer is no. We currently only ship to mainland UK. However, contact us with any specific requests and we’ll do our best to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for items shipped to an incorrect address provided during the order process.
If you require your gift for a specific date, please contact us as soon as possible – before ordering – and we will confirm whether or not we can meet your requirements. We will not be held responsible for orders made without checking production times first.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible (within 14 days) and we’ll do our best to put it right. Please note though that bespoke or personalised items are non-refundable.
