We ship to mainland UK. Once an order is dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Due to the custom nature of our items, orders for personalised products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started. Non-personalised items may be eligible for return if your order is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
